Return Policy - JET BEAUTY

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are free, and return shipping is covered by JET BEAUTY. No restocking fees will be applied, and final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
• No returns are accepted beyond 14 days.
• Items must be returned using the return label provided by JET BEAUTY and via the appropriate carrier.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to products during return shipping.
• Priority shipping charges selected at checkout are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

• Physical gift cards and chip card readers are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Abuse of the Return Policy:

• If we suspect abuse of the return policy (e.g., frequent or seasonal returns), we reserve the right to refuse your return.

Cancellation Policy - JET BEAUTY

Order cancellations are not accepted once the package has been shipped. Please note that we generally ship orders within 48 hours.
