Returns and Refunds
At Shopify, we do everything we can to make sure you're happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product just isn't right. You can return your hardware within 30 days of shipping it, as long as it's in new condition and has the original packaging.
Please note that chip card readers and physical gift cards are not returnable or refundable.
No returns are accepted after 30 days. We only accept returns of equipment that we sell directly to you. We will cover the cost of returning the equipment provided that it is returned to us using the return label provided and the appropriate carrier. Priority shipping fees selected at checkout are non-refundable. If we suspect that you are abusing the return policy (for example, returning products repeatedly or on a seasonal basis), we reserve the right to refuse your return.
Requirements
Within 30 days - You must request a return within 30 days of the product being shipped. Returns must be shipped to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your return label. Including original packaging and product in new condition - Any returned product must be in its original packaging and in new condition. Jetbeauty may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or its packaging. If a product is deemed unfit for return, Jetbeauty will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer. The customer may choose one of the following options:
The product will be returned to the customer for a shipping fee of 5e; or.
The product will be recycled.
If you do not choose one of the above options within 14 days of Shopify notifying you that your return was rejected, the product will be recycled.
Free Returns - All orders shipped within the continental European Union can be returned free of charge by a carrier selected by us. Please follow the instructions below. We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage for returning a product during shipping.
For orders placed outside of the continental European Union, customers are responsible for purchasing a label and returning the item(s) to our warehouse. If you provide us with proof of shipping and cost, we can authorize a Shopify subscription credit for the cost.
Due to the nature of physical gift cards, we are unable to offer returns/refunds on gift card orders once they have been printed. If a gift card order has moved to the proofing stage but has not been printed, a $15 fee will apply, which will be deducted from the refund issued.
