Refund Policy - JET BEAUTY

1. Parties Concerned

This policy applies between Jet Beauty, SARL, registered with the RCS of Montereau under number 88513261300013, and any person purchasing a product on the jetbeauty.fr website, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.

2. Definitions

• Customer : Any person purchasing a product on the site.
• Product : Any item sold on the jetbeauty.fr website.

3. Scope of Application

Browsing and using the site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. When registering and placing an order, the Customer confirms having read and accepted these terms and conditions.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product. Returns must be made in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of postage. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Customer.

6. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, opened for hygiene reasons, or to goods likely to deteriorate quickly.
