- Use in an oil bath alone or in combination with other oils (jojoba, castor, etc.)
Purifying skin care
- Mix 1 tablespoon of black seed oil + 1 teaspoon of olive oil + 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil + 1 teaspoon of honey.
- Apply this mixture on your face, wait 20 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water.
Precautions for use
People with sensitive skin should not use pure black seed oil, prefer to combine it with other oils.
